Sudarshan is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University and has several professional qualifications in banking, IT Management, IT Audit and ISO/CMMi audits/appraisals. He has completed the Institute of Director’s Master Class for Independent Directors and is enrolled in Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs towards certification as an Independent Director.

Sudarshan’s work experience includes:

Government of India: Indian Army as a trainee 2/Lt and Assistant Director (Trainee) in Bureau of Indian Standards.
Public Sector: Bank of India - 10 years in commercial banking, 6 years in IT Management, 2 years in IT Audit.
Private Sector: 1 year in Manufacturing; 4 years in IT Audit (Saudi Arabia) and 2 years in ISO consultancy/implementation (Dubai)
Audit/Appraisal: Four Certification Bodies: BSi, TUV-Sud, SAI Global (Sydney) and Certification Partner Global (Sydney/Dubai).

Sudarshan has audited several reputed banks, financial institutions and Federal Provident Fund organizations in about 10 countries. During his career, he has trained about 5,000 professionals reviewed Data Centres and IT systems in some of the leading Fortune 500 companies: IBM, GE, Accenture, HP, Wipro, HCL and renowned banks and financial institutions such as Chase Manhattan Bank, Prudential Insurance, Bank of India, State Bank of India, Canara Bank, PNB, Standard Chartered Bank, Sterling Bank, Stanbic IBTC Bank, FBN Merchant Bank, Union Bank of Nigeria, Union Bank of UAE, Emirates Bank, RAK bank, National Bank of Oman, Federal Finance Ministries/Provident Funds in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, payment gateways connected to Citibank & HSBC to name a few. Mr. Sudarshan has also audited several Financial Service start-ups engaged in Mobile Payments, On-line training and Net Banking transactions.

Dr. Chandan, trained Medical Doctor has over 14 years of experience in Healthcare Quality and Accreditation (JCI, NABH, CAP, NABL), associated as healthcare quality consultant with several leading healthcare facilities in India, Southeast Asia and Golf region. Believes that in the field of Healthcare, the optimum utilization of resources and reduction of waste is the optimal way to elevate productivity, through standardized healthcare services, referenced by various national and international healthcare requirements and accreditation systems. Since been a Healthcare Quality Consultant and Founder of “Mediance Consultancy” he has successfully completed more than 14 JCI Accreditation and 150 NABH Accreditation projects. In addition to successful execution of Quality and Accreditation projects, he has been actively involved as a “medical planner” in the field of Hospital Planning-Designing and development of Hospital Information System. He has proven experience in Documentary system preparation, Designing and Implementation of hospital wide key performance indicators, Individual patient Tracer and System Tracer, Infection control management, Hospital wide safety & Risk Management, Medical Record Audit management, Quality Assurance Management, Ongoing Performance Practice Evaluation (OPPE) for doctors, Training Management and Alignment of hospital information systems (HMIS) with JCI & NABH accreditation standards.
